We’re delighted to have you with us. Below is everything you need to know to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Our reception desk is open 24 hours a day. For assistance, please dial “00” from your room or call us at

Room Key

Each room is issued one key card. Extra keys are available upon request.
Please note: a 500 THB fee applies for lost key cards.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM (early check-in subject to availability)
Check-out: By 12:00 PM

Late check-out until 1:00 PM available upon request
After 1:00 PM: 35% of the room rate per hour
After 6:00 PM: Full-night charge

Early arrival? Luggage storage is available at reception.

Enjoy plant-forward cuisine at Radiance Restaurant, open daily from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Lunch & Dinner: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (last order 9:30 PM)
Room Service: Available from 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM (Dial 314)

Note: Items outside of wellness program packages must be signed to your room or paid directly.

Housekeeping & Services

Drinking Water: 2 complimentary bottles per day
Laundry Service: Drop off before 5:00 PM for next-day return (Express service available)
Housekeeping Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Kindly use door signs for bed linen, towel changes, or room service

Toilet Use: Please do not flush toilet paper or sanitary products — our system uses a natural septic system
