Clean Me Out is a unique modified fasting and detoxification programme that incorporates colon treatment, that helps to get rid of dangerous putrefactive bacteria and fungus. It is recommended that you do a pre-cleanse diet for at least 2-3 days (or up to 1-2 weeks, depending on how toxic you think you are and how healthy your diet is on a daily basis. Before cleansing, begin by eliminating caffeine, nicotine, alcohol and avoiding acid forming foods. The “pre-cleanse’’ diet involves eating only fresh fruit, salads and lightly steamed or cooked vegetables with juices, smoothies, herbal teas, and plenty of clean water. Approximately 12 hours of intermittent fasting are included in every course; if you would like to extend to 14 or 16 hours, please let us know in advance. We will make the necessary modifications if the programme and your current health allows it.

Furthermore, please inform us in advance of your arrival of any allergies, medical issues, or physical restrictions that prevent you from using specific items or participating in specific activities.
