The daily ninety-minute Spa Lazuli treatments can be specially customized to address your current health issues.

When it comes to not losing weight easily, a number of obesogenic toxins that are deposited in visceral and subcutaneous fat also contribute to this problem and also cause inflammation.

To clean the rivers in the body we have to stop the pollution, the bad dietary and lifestyle habits. By consuming raw, living fresh foods, we maximize hydration, alkalization, detoxification, cleansing, and tissue rejuvenation. It is recommended that you do a pre-cleanse diet for at least 2-3 days (or up to 1-2 weeks, depending on how toxic you think you are and how healthy your diet is on a daily basis. Before cleansing, begin by eliminating caffeine, nicotine, alcohol and avoiding acid forming foods. The “pre-cleanse’’ diet involves eating only fresh fruit, salads and lightly steamed or cooked vegetables with juices, smoothies, herbal teas, and plenty of clean water. Approximately 12 hours of intermittent fasting are included in every course; if you would like to extend to 14 or 16 hours, please let us know in advance. We will make the necessary modifications if the programme and your current health allows it.
Be mindful that colemas are self-administered. Furthermore, please inform us in advance of your arrival of any allergies, medical issues, or physical restrictions that prevent you from using specific items or participating in specific activities. Wherever possible, we then can modify your programme to better suit your needs and current health situation.
